Wavier Eligibility

The SRAI Journal of Linguistics and Social Sciences (SRAIJLSS) is committed to promoting inclusive and equitable access to academic publishing by offering partial or full waivers of Article Processing Charges (APCs) to eligible authors. Waivers may be granted to researchers from low-income or lower-middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank, early-career scholars without institutional funding, or authors facing demonstrated financial hardship. Requests for a waiver must be submitted in writing at the time of manuscript submission, accompanied by relevant supporting documentation. All waiver applications are assessed confidentially and impartially, without influencing the editorial decision or peer-review process. The availability of waivers is subject to the journal’s financial sustainability, and priority will be given to manuscripts of significant scholarly merit that align with the journal’s scope and mission. By implementing this policy, SRAIJLSS aims to ensure that publication decisions are based solely on academic quality and contribution to the field, not on an author’s ability to pay.
